"Cosmos", oil on canvas, 51"x35", Jan 2015

Finished a painting which represents a kind of complex and orderly system, such as our living place, our universe, an opposite of chaos, also, reflects who I am, humble and harmonic. This is why I entitled the painting "Cosmos".

Drawing always makes me so relaxed and focused. Words are superfluous and the only thing I need to do is to listen to myself. Thus, many things could turn over in me and come out clear to me.

In every painting, there is all of your life coming back at you. At the start, when you look at the empty canvas, you see your whole life looking back at you. Most of the time, I have no an exact idea when I start going on a new painting, but it comes out right eventually. I may not know what art is, but I know what art isn't.
"Inception", oil on canvas, 39"x31", Feb 2015
(inspired by Georgia O'keeffe)

How many myths do people have after an inception? Myth is implied more or less about becoming what people dream of being; becoming who you are; it's a kind of self-worth, self-revelation.
